Radically Open-Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) is an evidence-based treatment for disorders of overcontrol (OC).RO-DBT has been helpful for clients with chronic depression, anxiety, Anorexia Nervosa, Avoidant Personality Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder, and Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
